Below are some suggestions for promoting your event!

• Club Macaulay Feed
• Scholars Council promotion form
• Macaulay Monday
• Consider an E-blast/newsletter to your members. Club Macaulay has newsletter templates that you can customize and track opens and clicks.
• Ask your advisor to share with their cohort of students
• Flyers in your campus lounge and in Macaulay building
• Post on your club’s social media. Consider designating someone on your team to be the social media coordinator, posting maybe 1-2 times/week. 
  • If you’d like the main Macaulay Instagram account to promote your events, the best way to reach them is with a direct message on IG. Please include the event flyer so they can share it to their story. Please allow a few days before the post is shared.  Tagging @macaulayhonors is also a good way to share your materials, however the 24 hour turn-around time does not guarantee it will be received it in time.
• Designate event promoters within your club from each campus to post about your event on their personal social media and share through Word of Mouth.
