Hello Macaulay-Hunter students! My name is Alexandra Davidescu, and I’m running to be your freshman representative at MHC. I am qualified to represent you since I have the Drive, Optimism, Network, and Experience to really get it DONE! 💜
D(RIVE): I’m driven to bring new initiatives and communicate with students like you! As student body treasurer at BXSCI, I always endorsed peer requests to administration. I had the DRIVE to organize a Mental Health Awareness Month, further Hispanic Heritage/Women’s History Month, and create a textbook drive that collected 500 free textbooks for the student body.
O(PTIMISM): I’ve heard your wishes for Macaualy’s future, and I want to be our catalyst towards positive change!! I’m OPTIMISTIC that I can advocate for more accessible mental-health services, create opportunities to access free/low-cost textbooks through textbook drives, and advocate for more pre-health, pre-law, and business summits.

N(ETWORK): Together, we can work towards fostering MHC network and spirit with a Battle of the Colleges, improve student-alumni connections through live and virtual mixers, and upgrade the community and resources within our Macaulay Lounge.
E(XPERIENCE): In high-school I served as Student Body Treasurer (3 years), Homeroom Senator (3 years), Year-Round Varsity Track Captain (2 years), and Senior Founder/President of the Student-Athlete Coalition. I am also the oldest sister of five kids!!
