Please note, we will only be able to print materials that are ink-friendly (DO NOT USE A BLACK BACKGROUND), we can only print 50 individual sheets of 8.5&#215;11&#8243; paper, and we will need at least 5 business days notice in order to honor printing requests. Free printing is available in the reading room as well.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Printing <\/b><b>Guidelines<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Event posters should be designed for 30&#215;20 (portrait). For your convenience we provide a PowerPoint template pre-sized for event poster printing. Please download it off of the Printing Request Form at <a href=\"http:\/\/macaulay.cuny.edu\/print-request\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>http:\/\/<\/u><u>macaulay.cuny.edu<\/u><u>\/print-request<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please design using light colors and high-res images. (Do not use a black background)<\/p>\n<p>All print requests must be made at least one week in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Due to limited resources we will NOT re-print your poster. Please proof read, and triple check your work for errors. Only 1 poster is allowed per event.<\/p>\n<p>Printing is performed in person and will be scheduled with you shortly after your request. Please provide a requested date and time on the Printing Request form and we will be in touch with you to confirm.<\/p>\n<p>We will not hold your posters until the event date. You must take your poster with you after printing.
