Club Budgets<\/strong><\/p>\n An actual allocation will be determined by the scholar\u2019s council once a budget request is received. Clubs must stay within the confines of their budget when spending, planning or reimbursing club funding.<\/p>\n First, an allocation (amount of funding your club will receive) will be\u00a0<\/span>determined<\/span>\u00a0based<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>o<\/span>n\u00a0<\/span>you<\/span>r budget request\u00a0<\/span>to<\/span>\u00a0the Scholars Council. From there,\u00a0<\/span>club<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>mus<\/span>t re<\/span>-adjust their budgets to meet their allocation.\u00a0<\/span>Y<\/span>our budget will be reviewed\u00a0<\/span>by\u00a0<\/span>Student\u00a0<\/span>Development<\/span>\u00a0for final\u00a0<\/span>appr<\/span>oval, before<\/span>\u00a0fun<\/span>ds can be spent\/accessed.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n You can see the\u00a0Club Budget Workflow<\/a> here. Anyone wishing to make a club website can create a free ePortfolio<\/a> page or Club Macaulay website<\/a> dedicated to your club.<\/i><\/p>\n How can I submit a Club Budget?<\/strong><\/p>\n First, you should prepare your budget using the Club Budget Template. Then, you should fill out the Budget Request form on Club Macaulay. Please find the link to the form here: Budget Request Form 2025-2026<\/a><\/p>\n Please make sure to upload your budget to this form and click on submit.<\/p>\n Please consult the Important Dates and Deadlines<\/a> to see the latest dates you can submit budget or additional funding requests for the Fall and Spring semesters.<\/p>\n Request for Additional Student Club Funding<\/strong><\/p>\n This type of request is for a specific purpose, or event, which would normally exceed the range of a given club\u2019s budget. Organizations should have a clear plan and specific costs in mind before submitting this request. These requests are granted on a case-by-case basis, and will be reviewed by the Scholar\u2019s Council and Student Development office. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for review. Clubs may not make an additional funding request before they are allocated an initial budget.<\/p>\n
