MHC-issued laptops are tools to enhance your academic experience in today’s technologically innovative and data-driven world. While the laptops are fairly sturdy, a bump or fall can damage them. If you have been issued an MHC laptop, we urge you to handle your laptop carefully, carrying it in a padded case or sleeve at all times. In addition, you should always back up your work on an external hard-drive or a CD as frequently as possible. If you accidentally damage a laptop, experience any software problems, or have any hardware issues, consult your Instructional Technology Fellow, or contact our laptop coordinator, Mary Carney, at laptop@mhc.cuny.edu.
