Student Clubs & Organizations – Virtual Community Resources Fair 2021

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: Wednesday, August 4 —  EXTENDED to Sunday, August 8

All groups must fill out this form for the virtual club fair at Community Resources Day. Please note that all fields below are required for your virtual booth. Student Development will set up your booth with what you input below. We highly encourage that groups add additional documents, videos, photos, links, and flyers to their booth. After submitting this form, you will be provided with a link to instructions on how you can make edits to your booth – NOTE that your club must be re-registered before you can make any edits to your booth. The Community Resource Fair is taking place on Tuesday, August 17 in two sessions, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

    This photo will be what students see before clicking into the booth and will be the primary image of the virtual booth.
  • Please provide the link for video conferencing.
  • Please provide us with a video to input into your booth. If you do not have a Youtube link for this, you may provide a link to the video file on Google Drive or Dropbox and we can put it on our page to be displayed.     • Provide the information for the students that will be at the Club Fair to monitor the chat, answer questions in the video call, and manage the waiting room of the Zoom. One attendee can be same as submitter.
