Club Fundraising Form

Student organizations must fill out this form when they plan to raise funds for their group. Please fill out this form at least two weeks in advance of your fundraiser. You must receive confirmation of your fundraiser's approval before you begin collecting funds.

    Please note that students can only submit cash or a check (made out to Macaulay Honors College Foundation) to add money to their club's fundraised account. Students must fill out a Fundraised Form found on the Student Activities website.
