Night at the Museum, Macaulay’s first signature common event, accompanies Macaulay’s Arts in New York core honors seminar and welcomes all first-year and transfer students to the Brooklyn Museum for a special encounter with art and each other.
The evening will begin with a plenary session followed by a learning activity for all Seminar 1 students. Peer Mentors will assist students in this activity, helping to facilitate conversations, answering questions, and encouraging students to engage with exhibits and each other more deeply.
We welcome applications from current Macaulay Peer Mentors from any college or major. Selected mentors must be available on Tuesday, October 15, from 6:00 – 8:30 pm. There will also be a training session the week of October 7th.
